IOTA Cold-weather Equipment provides emergency battery power to outdoor fluorescent fixtures or any fluorescent fixture exposed to freezing conditions, allowing for safe illumination for the structure's outdoor path of egress. The ICE series battery pack features integral temperature control circuitry that prevents the battery from freezing during normal AC operation. After discharge, the ICE unit allows the battery to reach acceptable operating temperatures before reactivating the charging circuit. IOTA Cold-weather Equipment is the perfect solution for lighting situations such as covered walkways, parking garages, exit points, or walk-in cold storage.
