1) Do I have to log in to create a ticket?
Yes, in order to correctly process your ticket, you will need to log in to the IOTA Support Center.

Yes, an account is necessary to check the status of your tickets.
3) What personal information do you collect to create an account?
We only collect your first name, last name, and email address. You have the right to request that your personal information be deleted at any time.
5) I just created an account, how do I submit a ticket?
Log in to the IOTA Support Center. Under the "Support Tickets" section, click on the option "Open a New Ticket." The next windows will guide you through the process of submitting a ticket.
6) How do I check the status of my ticket?
Log in to the IOTA Support Center. Under the "Support Tickets" section, click on the option "View My Tickets" to check the status of your support requests.
